What's On

Something for Parent's Starting in February 2019

iRest® - A 6-Week Meditation Course

What is iRest®?

iRest is based on ancient teachings of meditation, iRest® is where science meets spirituality, an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being.

It's practice is integrative as it heals the various unresolved issues and traumas that are present in our body and mind, and restorative as it enables you to recognise your innate peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.

A Special Course for Parents

This course gives you tools to cope more effectively with stress, grief, fatigue, sleep deprivation and anxiety. We recognise that you need to take time out for yourself. And this will be a wonderful opportunity for you to relax, learn new skills along with other parent's who share similar challenges parenting a child with a physical disability.

iRest® is suitable for all and generally practiced lying down or seated in a chair.
